In 1971, an American student who was studying Chemistry at the Free University of Berlin, Germany stumbled upon a local perfumery. She became infatuated with the beautiful scents and created her own perfume. Her friends noticed how captivating the perfume was that she was wearing and talked to her about the uniqueness of such a beautiful fragrance. Madam Thelma's Fragrance Journey began in Berlin, Germany.
Next, The Fragrance Journey led her to Paris, France where she met with one of the world’s foremost fragrance experts and widened her knowledge of aromatic raw ingredients. She gained a real passion for rare and precious perfumes. In Germany she became known as MADAM THELMA (Fraulein Thelma).
